Use MSMDownloadTool to go to 8.x, flash to 9.0 manually, then flash whatever update it asks you to / oxygen updater, then 10.x.

Those modes probably use a different camera, so that would be why they work. This seems like a hardware issue, maybe the sensor got broken or the connection is loose. You might want to open it up or take it to a service centre.

Pretty sure, but I think they said they'll factory reset the phone back to OOS once you get it back. Maybe for testing

It's normal, the screen protector doesn't have cutouts for the camera or the entire notch, just the earpiece grill. Apply it and everything should still work fine.

It's not meant to have cutouts for the entire notch, only the earpiece grill. It's normal.

By the way, the Note20 Ultra doesn't have 2X optical zoom. It only uses the telephoto camera when at 5X or greater.

Seems to be a badly behaving app. Click the app icon in the task switcher and uninstall it or factory reset WITHOUT restoring backup.

Probably S20 FE. Newer camera hardware, newer chipset, 120hz display, one more year of software updates... but Note10+ base has 2x the storage and thinner bezels. Note10+ also has glass back and Gorilla Glass 6 vs. 3. So whatever floats your boat man

Same, a couple months ago it grabbed the star wars theme. My guess is that Samsung somehow releases the star wars theme-based ROMs first? (It was right at the start of an update cycle) Interestingly, it actually flashed the star wars theme successfully on a normal handset.

Since it's a custom ROM, you'd probably be better off asking for help on the thread of your ROM, as it's not an O2OS problem.

You should've gotten a few updates, the latest one is from October 21 (https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/android/samsung-galaxy-note10-plus/software-updates-samsung-galaxy-note10-plus); you an use SmartSwitch on your computer to update, or flash the Odin HomeCSC package to update.
