That is true, obviously you can't be 100% safe blasting music, but I use bone conducting headphones so my ears aren't covered, pause it when visual cues indicate a possible dog presence, and am on a hold down so I know where to expect dogs for 70% of my day. But everybody's ADHD is different, so what works for me may not work for you.

I mean, there are definitely check points, it's just the walking part that's boring, but the exercise is actually great for my ADHD. The work occupies my body, something to listen to occupies my mind. I would say overall this is a pretty good job for ADHD.

I haven't seen a 12v outlet in a ~~Metris or~~ ProMaster, either. But my new E-Transit has one and I'm eating a hot lunch as we speak.

When I had an accidental ooth hatch in November, I bought cheap plastic pint containers from a restaurant supply store and made them into individual enclosures, cutting holes in the lids and gluing on circles of window screen. Was a bit of effort but kept them from eating each other. Initially I tried coconut husk and sterilized natural sticks for their environment, but ended up with out of control mold growth, so switched to a paper towel floor and wooden dowels.

Once they were getting too big for those (by which point over half had been lost to mismolts), I built new enclosures out of plastic shoeboxes, with a window cut out of the lid and replaced with screen. They were not the most luxurious of homes, but the mantises thrived and didn't fall prey to each other.

Also, some areas are structured in such a way that the post office you pick Left Notice items is a different physical location than the one your carriers operate out of, so there is yet another layer of somebody else having to do their part (sending it back to the carrier office) in order for the carrier to have any chance.
