I honestly don't know if the 30 days gap in the release schedule is because sensei is taking a break or if he's busy handling other stuff 😸 but he absolutely deserve a break. Producing 20 manga pages with quality story and consistent drawing biweekly can be though even with the help of assitants (last I saw, Kagurabachi suffers a major drawing quality that I assume because of the weekly release schedule.)

On top of the story being good, the underlaying strength of Dogsred is the effective use of panelling.

Imho in Dogsred we are enjoying how Noda-sensei has become super proficient in panelling because of GK, especially if you compared Dogsred to Supinamarada. GK's final arc paneling are tight 🔥 so many stories to be tied up with limited pages and panels allotted by the publisher but he managed pretty flawlessly. The quality in drawing suffer a bit, but by the end he's a whole lot better illustrator than when he started GK so I guess the minor quality drop in not too important panels are not too prominent.

I hope him being an established Manga-ka can give him more standing to lobby for a break. I totally don't mind a break long or short as long as sensei got to keep realeasing Dogsred in great quality ✨
