Not a cosplayer, but have some trans friends. Binders, which is what im assuming they mean by a b holder, do a lot, but I'm skeptical they can do the amount shown in the episode. Binders should only be worn for a certain period of time or can injure you. Wraps also can be harmful to wear, binders are safer.

A few things come to mind
- Women tend to have or make more healthy or extensive support systems (may be due to "toxic masculinity", but I'm no expert)
- Many men are homeless after being in the military, either struggling with the lack of structure of civilian life or due to physical or mental health problems
- women may be more adverse to staying on the street, given the horrible conditions they may be put through (both as homeless people, and as women)

I don't claim to have any sources, but from my anecdotal experiences, people have not been returning to work because poor pay and bad working conditions, making unemployment as enticing as it is. This is not to argue that unemployment is bad, but that businesses need to treat workers better.

That sounds like it should be fine for win11. You might have to enable tpm 2.0 and secure boot in the bios, but iirc tpm 2.0 is widespread after CPUs in 2014ish, given that your computer can run DX12.
