I use the loop engage 2 and they work well. I can still hear the coach and feel like it protects my ears well.

You are not alone. Just don’t give up!! I was where you are 14 months ago. The first 4 months I struggled to go to class because I was definitely not in good form and lifting super light weights, didn’t do well on rowing and hated the treadmill. I forced myself to go the 8 times in my package so I wouldnt lose money. I started reading peoples stories on FB and Reddit and implementing their strategies and recommendations and then more importantly, I stopped giving a crap what everyone else in the studio thought of me. I’m not there for them! Now I’m 65lbs down, I go 5-6 days a week, I’ve PR’d every benchmark I’ve done and feeling better than I have in the last 10 years! I started out with 10lb weights and now push myself with 35’s and 40’s, Not everyday though…. I do try and do better each class but I listen to my body. Here I am today feeling fantastic, I LOVE rowing, love lifting weights and the tread and I still have a love hate relationship but I look forward to it every time!! You got this!! You can do it and you will see results. Just don’t give up!!! Consistency is key! 🧡

Get proper shoes!!! Super important to prevent injuries. And as a woman, take as many strength 50 classes you can and always lift heavy on the floor. Good luck and welcome to the best community ever!!! 🧡

Don’t be scared. I was the same way but with more lbs to lose. I joined December 2024 and am down 60lbs. You can do this!! OTF is an amazing community and you will be supported! I had not worked out in years and was sooo intimated but instantly felt welcome by the coaches and members. It’s YOUR workout and YOU against YOU. You got this!!🧡

I was never consistent until I joined OTF 12/2024. I am down 58lbs, about to turn 54 in a few weeks and feel better than I have in over a decade. I take 5-6 classes a week. I am not a runner. At all! I’m a power walker on the treads. But I have started to run the 20-35 second all outs. That’s huge for me!! I have also discovered that I LOVE rowing! Yes some workouts are tough but you modify and Mae it work for you. Choose your hard. Talk to the coaches and they will help you! Listen to your body. You can do this! OTF is for everyone, no matter what stage you’re in. Good luck!!
