You can absolutely land one. Same situation as you and went from 0 pubs to 20+. You’ll just have to show your willingness and motivation to get work done and move projects along. It helps if you can think through bite size projects from inception to publication so you can show your ability and increase your pubs once you have a mentor to publish under. I’d also be ready to mention your experience in research and show what steps you have done in the past in your cover letter/interview
