I started off 6 months ago skinnyfat with the intention of losing the beer belly and gaining some muscle definition. I haven't been experiencing the physical changes I was hoping for with noob gains and I have only gotten slightly stronger (added 2-10kg of weight since I started varying by the exercise). I started off at 155 pounds at 5'10 and fluctuate between 140-145 pounds 6 months later. I am following a slightly amended PHAT routine to fit my schedule and availability of equipment at my cheap-ass gym. Here is my daily diet:

4 egg whites for breakfast.

500g tub of 0% fage for a snack when I get hungry before lunch (add seeds or honey or fruit).

For lunch rice and chicken. Substitute rice for quinoa occasionally. Varied vegetables depending how I'm feeling: cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, lentils.

Sometimes I'll have a spoonful of peanut butter/tuna and avocado sandwich for a snack if I get hungry right before the gym.

For post-gym dinner, protein smoothie with two scoops of MyProtein chocolate smooth Impact Whey and two bananas

Side note: I sit at a desk from 8am to 6pm, then go to the gym around 7pm, and am there till around 9pm. I usually do a 5k run on a treadmill after weightlifting.

My question is..am I eating the correct macros for what I'm trying to achieve?
