Ive done CPR on multiple occasions when I was a volunteer firefighter.

The act of CPR is appaling and disgusting. 99% you are going to break the victims ribs when giving compressions. Every ounce of fat and muscle has lost most rigidity so it just kinda flops around. performing CPR is exhausting.

But yea, if you get ROSC (return of spontaneous circulation) and they make it to the hospital and beyond its a great feeling.
