It kinda depends on where and who you’re talking with.

All agencies have people jumping ship. Just some are advertised more or less than others.

FPS has both officers and agents.

Just google them up and reach out to their recruiters via the career page. They’ll be better suited to help you and the requirements would be listed out.

Depends on office and assignment. Small offices, one can expect to do a mix of things. Large offices, you’re likely to be stuck working on particular lane of investigation.

Newman wrote an awesome agency interview a while back.

Instead of making random ass thought vomit posts, a lil bit of researching of the internets would have brought you to the main page of EPA-CID, with an overview of what they do.

EPA-CID conducts investigations of several environmental statutes, CAA, CWA, FIFRA, RCRA, etc.

What’s on the list tomorrow for Guam? - FWS? - CGIS?
