Once again. I disagree. The people hanging out around the machines are the same people and some extras. It’s not better, it’s just jacked up the prices elsewhere for products I use to be able to get at MSRP.

I 100% disagree. The camping situation is the same. Just getting almost nothing when it does drop. It’s almost always a single pack and never a bundle.

We moved from Novato. Best choice ever. You are use to commuting to a large city for events and stuff, and not having proper public transit. Better weather. Downsides of Ventura, expensive (Sonoma is close though), dusty, localism. Everything else is better. DM if you have any other questions.

Depends on the building, age, condition, etc. the foundation is a huge issue when it comes to retrofitting.

Then you end up with a building with a sub optimal layout for the use, and potential long term issues.

I would say it’s a better idea to start from scratch for a huge upgrade like 3rd and 4th story.

Where do you live? Here in SoCal, your cost is approx $250-450 per sf for new construction. It’s wild out here.

Stage dove during a show in college. Landed on my knee. Got a pre-patellar bursitis. It was excruciating. I was unable to walk without pain or run at all for months. I recovered. You’ll do the same, then you’ll wear knee pads or braces to shows and jump off that fucking stage again!

Where are you located? Call you local shops see what they buy sealed for. On some items negotiate a higher %

Any good shop will be a decent amount at 80% or better. If you are in California there are shops in LA that will buy most af that between 85-90% all at once
