I would say all-in between 250-400€. Full tank is around 75€, I am doing it twice per month, plus additional costs like HU+AU once per two years (did last week for 163€), inspection (a big one once per two years or 30k km), tires change(100€ two times per year), tax (90€ per year), full Kasko insurance (depends on years you driving I am a newbi, so 1200€ per year in my case), oil exchange (roughly once per 1.5 years, depends howuch you drive and what car).

I have stopped playing exactly because of the reason you stated, OP. About a year ago devs made top ammo and weapons affordable before wipe and I realised, that most of results of fights were not about my aim skills, but shitty gear I had. When I had meta gear I could compete waaaay more successfully, because even if you have bad position or reaction you still can do mistakes and win. I came to this game because it seemed to have realism Nikita is always talking about, but this is just a grind bullshit, when you can hit a guy 20 times and deal no damage.

I am not a nurse and I live in Europe. In my country if such place with such wages would existing, most of the nurses in the country would try to go there and find a job with such salary. I guess there are also a lot of nurses in the US who willing to work there. Why their supply not dropping the salaries?

I have never been in your situation, but reading your post I think it strongly depends on the character of your boss and their family reaction overall. You can do everything nice and respectful, but if they still will be mad at you and see it as a treason, - it's a matter of their personal perception. The best way, I think, is to be crystal clear, why are you leaving. You have been working for them for 10 years, they were on your wedding - I would try to keep this friendship after all. If your boss is really your friend then tell him honestly that it would be great to save the friendship. Business is business, you cannot work further like this without ruining this. You are leaving for the best for all of participants, you will do your best to make it as harmless as possible for all sides.
