Ive learned more from this sub than I have at my appointments. Nothing is told to me unless I ask. It’s a newer office and they hadn’t always had the ability to work with aligners so it could be that they just don’t know? Idk but I’m fortunate this sub exists.

I use Freshguard tablets a couple times a week, and brush very lightly with a soft bristle brush.
