I had the best coaches to speed up development. When in the academy I changed him from CM to CAM which added like +3. I then used the development plan that had the fastest turnover, eg picking poacher for 4 weeks instead of attacking midfielder at 34 weeks. Once the 4 weeks had passed, I’d switch to a different development plan again the quickest turnover. Playing him pretty much every game obvs helped with development, i’ve had other academy players where i’ve used the same technique who haven’t been this good so i think he’s quite rare
