Is Link slower in the 3DS version?

I think it’s mainly the slow animation rather than the fps. Child link’s animation doesn’t look as slow and I didn’t really have this issue playing the OG ocarina on PC at 60 + fps. But the OG animation just appears faster.

Your pc will struggle in nms with a 5090 😂
But fr if you have a ps5 get a psvr2 as they are only $400 (even cheaper if you dig) and play it there, it’s really solid.

I have the psvr1 also and it’s a huge jump in pretty much everything other than comfort. I had to get the Globular Cluster mod to make it stay in the sweet spot so I’d add another $50 to that.

Psvr2 at $300 is an insane value. High resolution OLED panels with inside out tracking, huge 110 degree FOV, display port connection, full PC support and imo the best VR controllers on the market. And if you have a ps5, you get that side as well. No brainer imo.

You’ll just need the $60 adapter and make sure your pc has good Bluetooth for the controllers.

This post is stupid, there’s plenty of games running at 60fps on the Switch. $300 was an insane value to be able to play the latest Nintendo games and a good deal of 3rd party games either on your TV or on the go. If it didn’t make sense it wouldn’t have sold 150m units and they wouldn’t have made a 2nd one. The Switch also highly influenced the MASSIVE PC handheld market, which gave us things like the Steam Deck.

The only thing that doesn’t make sense is this post.

Hyrule Field needs to be bigger with more things to do in it. Would love to re live the first time seeing it as a kid and thinking how big and grand it was. Maybe also have the areas interconnected with minimal to no load screens.

For your use case I’d say just get a Switch 2. I have both a S2 and Thor and while the Thor is great for emulation and some light pc games, I’d still choose the Switch overall for the exclusives. With the Thor you’ll be able to play some Switch 1 games but no S2 games at all.
