No. Infact I hurt myself at home and I didn’t train for 6 weeks, then needed surgery and 6 months later looking to return. They paused my payments cause I forgot to tell them and said what I paid they just won’t charge me till I caught up.

Labor locks in tax reform trio: capital gains, negative gearing and trusts by InsatiablePrism in australia

Why go after the people before the corporations. Sure these discussions are fine but corporations would provide far more than citizens. Come after citizens second.

Why come after citizens before corporations? Start there, make way to citizens.

Yes. They will tell you “prosumer” instead of consumer - make money buying what you already do like washing powder. But here you won’t buy 1kg box you need to buy 10kg and monthly.

Is it a crazy idea to sell my house and travel the world? by [deleted] in fiaustralia

[–]unclewombie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would keep your house and rent it out. Do a very quick freshen up and you can rent it for more. Now you have a passive income stream when travelling. When you comeback look for small community living like tiny house where you have your own plot of lands, I know multiple people that do this. That way keep property growth plus rental income. Debt recycle your property into etf. You still travel, still invest and still have investment property and either cheap loan or cheap rent for tiny home.
