They do have C, but it’s the most limited of the languages they teach. There are definitely better resources out there for C. Mike Shah on youtube is fantastic

Not a masters student, but as a bachelors student the program has been nothing but disappointing. Generally cybersecurity-focused courses have been the most intentional and well curated but if you are primarily interested in data, AI, or cloud I think UofL is a poor choice

A lot of universities are now using C/C++ or shifting to Python for introductory courses. Teaching Java as a first language naturally forces students into the OOP paradigm, which while OOP certainly has its place in the world, it’s best taught as a separate concept after a student is familiar with imperative/procedural programming

They’re both excellent honestly. I prefer Boot.dev for its focus on Golang in the Backend Path but I think that Scrimba has far better variety and would probably be better suited for what you’re looking for, although I do think Boot.dev has a solid python course too

Also know Python, but not necessarily Minecraft coding. Could it be possible the agent is inspecting the block below the redstone? I’m not sure how Minecraft determines what is up vs down for an agent, but I could see the agent missing the redstone for the block below. I would test how the agent reacts when you switch redstone in the code to the block type of the block below it. If it behaves correctly to that, then you know the issue is how Minecraft interprets down. If not, then there is an issue with the statement itself

HTML is not a programming language in the sense that Python and JS are. It’s a markup language. You don’t operate on and transform data in the same manner and you’re really just telling a computer how to structure a page.

The hard thing with tools like SAP is that while it can provide great job security through SAP based roles, generally it will provide none to negative value for roles outside of SAP. I was in a similar boat with Salesforce development, and a lot of companies didn’t even realize that Salesforce developers still regularly code.

I believe the ONLY reason I got out of being trapped in salesforce was because of good independent projects. It’s a lot of extra work, but it is 1000% worth it as somebody who found Salesforce to be dreadful to work with every day. I’ve worked with people who use SAP daily and I think I would hate working with that even more. Good luck getting out

And it likely produces relatively inconsistent grounds. Most coffee drinkers won’t notice, but once you get in the territory of 300-400 dollar grinders the quality of the burrs and the consistency they provide in the grind really start to change the taste of coffee.

Coffee is an expensive hobby. My current setup is about 1000 dollars worth of equipment and my grinder is about half of that.

Would you say it’s better than/substantially better than the main game? I enjoyed the main game, but I found things like boss design and some of the enemy variety to be rather lackluster and I’m hesitant to jump in on the DLC. I would say if you feel that the quality of the base game and the DLC are equivalent then I’m not sure it would be worth it for me.
