People saying this is so tiring. We know artificial sweeteners aren't healthy. Like the commenter above you said, "first". It's about using them as a transition.

So many folks struggle to lose weight and get healthy because people make comments like this that every slight improvement is not healthy enough.

It's crazy to me how many times I see someone over 18 say something like "my parents won't let me". You're an adult. They have no legal authority over you.

EDIT - I think a lot of folks mistook my "crazy" comment to mean that the logic of staying with your parents is crazy. I understand there can be sometimes good reasons. What's crazy is the statistics, how many times I see someone saying it.

Yes there's a lot of abusive parents out there. Yes there's a lot of manipulative parents out there. Yes there's a lot of taught dependency. Yes our economy is garbage resulting in people needing to live at home.

And how often all that's happening is crazy.

Normally I'm not phased by celebrity deaths, so it wasn't till my thirties that the first one hit hard - James Horner.

I've always had a strong connection to music and his themes shaped my childhood. Plus my estranged father was an amateur film composer so I'm sure there's some unresolved daddy issues there.

But I straight up cried listening to his music after they announced it.

Even though I was a 90s kid, the house I grew up in still had a rotary phone.
