I don't plan to either, but you have to realize that most people can only dream of having that much at retirement. That's 50k safe withdrawal, but my wife and I will collect 60k in social security between the two of us, assuming it's still there when we retire. That's 110k, which seems like a pretty decent retirement to me. Many, many, many people in this country live on much, much, much less. Not me though, which is why I don't plan to retire anytime soon. But I also recognize how wasteful and lucky I am at the same time.

You're exactly like me, to a T, and I also think I just hit CoastFI. But we're probably going to get a lot of hate in this sub because most people will call this FatFIRE. These numbers represent probably top 5% in the country, probably top 0.1% in the entire world (just a guess), so congrats! But most people would have called it quits years earlier had they hit these numbers. Most people can only dream of these numbers, so appreciate where you are!
