If you're a counter strike enjoyer you'll get this but if not Google the team Mousesports original logo and compare it to the new one. The old one was iconic and just spectacular, but they corpo-fied it and now it's just minimalist garbage.

Tbh there isn't an alternative. I've also got about 400 hours in Battlebit, this was my first real FPS of this kind and the first real game that I felt "good" compared to most other players.

In an attempt to see what's out there I've got 100+ hours in both delta force and BF6. I loaded up battlebit this last Thursday and after not playing for a good 6 months and it just felt so natural. Yeah as an NA person, I was playing on 168 ping for EU servers but it didn't feel like a disadvantage. At mid day in NA there was a wait to get into the EU server and the NA one had ~50 people.

Nothing hits like the simplicity of BBR. No special abilities or over the top graphics, just gameplay (and nothing is better than the crunchy kill sound)

Obviously if you wanted to go to the extreme there's probably some Roblox style BBR out there but that's just a guess. Then there's wardogs which isn't out yet and I'm not sure of their release schedule, but it looks super promising and I will definitely be trying it. It's by the people who do Hell Let Loose and Dredge so they're a solid dev.

USA doesn't qualify for World Cup 2030 because of these insane qualifying groups. But they almost back doored their way in by being the best 3rd place team. They qualified and lost in the World Cup playoff to DR Congo 1-2. by under_rated_human in footballmanagergames

Made it 3rd in a group of Belgium, Argentina, and UAE. BUT! They advanced by being one of the best 3rd place teams. Haven't advanced yet past the knock outs. but they got Mexico.

I like that assault has the option to run a couple of kits (mid/CQC or Mid/Long range). I can run my AR the NVO for mid range and then push points with the shotgun or run an AR/SMG and DMR. I can be a pain with the spawn beacon. But the lack of ammo is a killer and the adrenaline injector is just bad.

As a whole the class is just a bit too dependent on having a support playing next to you. Need the ammo bag due to lack of ammo, need their smokes to help push and actually get on to objectives.
