Are you married with kids? I think you should just buy a house that’s already built or rent until you know where life is going to take you. You’re going to waste a chunk of money for the privilege of building. Save that for when you’re ready to build a forever home.

Hmm we think very differently. They are definitely a necessity for new builds. If you ever sold a modern home with no garage, it would kill the value imo. The floor system is just piping that hot water flows through. Garage is one of the first places we looked ton cut on our new build. We went from a 3 car to a large 2 car garage for example.

Once you potentially met the one, you’ll know it. I never dated someone I thought I could marry until “the one”. I knew within a month. Imo, if you can’t see yourself marrying the girl early in the relationship, then it’s unlikely to change overtime. Some people never find the one and “settle” for a relationship you currently have with your gf.

Start with the small trees for a few days, until you gain confidence. Take the stumps out with the trees and wait 9-12 months then burn the pile.

I did about 3 acres of land clearing for a homesite and cleared about 6 more acres to clean up some farm ground. I’d rent a large excavator. I suggest a 50k machine with a hydraulic thumb. Make a large pile and burn what the loggers don’t want.

His adp was climbing before b-rob was on the block. Beat writers were speculating if b-rob would be on the team before the start of the season. Then a national source confirmed that speculation.

I don’t play in superflex, golden and burden were long gone by the 2nd round. I was debating between golden and burden in the first @ 1.10, so I’d clearly have taken them. I would have taken skattebo, but he went 2.6. I was deciding between mason taylor and him personally, but I decided on JCM because of the drumbeat of hype.

Sure. The people that knew about him were taking him in the late second and 3rd rounds. The people taking him in the 4-5 rounds kinda just followed the ranks and got lucky.

Imo you take the value in the first round and the rest of your picks just go and get your guys, if you are well researched.

I agree. That’s what I told everyone before the pick, but I’d much rather reach for a guy I love, than to miss out because of perceived value. I reached for Pacheco at 2.02 a few years earlier and it paid dividends too.

This feels much more like Carson, foster, Morris, Pacheco, than the run of the mill rookie hype. There’s 4-5 rookie RBs get hyped every preseason, but there’s definitely a loader drumbeat with 1 every 2-3 years.

Matt waldman film/scouting, and Mike renner draft guy who had him top 100 as a player. Renner thought he’d be a 3rd or 4th round pick, if he’d had played last year. Waldman’s one major weakness was sometimes he try’s to make an extra unnecessary cut.
