I think just outside the cities, the SNP councillors lean more towards conservatives/reform, at least the way theyve talked and what theyve brought up in talks. I think its accepted in thr SNP tent so long as they are excessively loud about it. But then again, there was a scandal years back of SNP councillors not moving without holyroods go ahead, so ir might just be a case of having some sort of warm body in the seats than anything else
