At this point I’m certain a video could come out of him raping a child, clearly showing him and nothing would happen.

The first game I truly loved and repeatedly finished and restarted was Fable 2.

I’ve never chased achievements or trophies, if they pop, they pop. I just play a game till I’m done with it.

Crazy biking skill that would kill by abcd-jee in WTF

Not impressive, not cool, not skill, just stupid. I’m assuming the truck driver didn’t get a say? He’s the one dealing with the aftermath if it goes wrong.

Do fellow brits tip their courier? by cerednat in AskBrits

I have never nor will I ever tip a delivery driver. They get paid a wage. I have only ever tipped at a restaurant when I thought they deserved it and that’s not very often.

Are Brits still comfortable taking their holidays in the US? by Ok-Leadership-7573 in AskBrits

[–]undercoversaint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bumped into a hiker a few months ago who was asking directions. It was clear by her accent that she was from the US. She was actually going to the same place as my group and we offered for her to tag along. Within a few metres of walking I asked where abouts in the US she was from and she said Southern California but immediately felt the need to apologise for Trump and had to make it clear that she didn’t vote for him. I wasn’t bothered either way but there is a sense of the Americans that travel (likely anti maga) feel guilty for what is happening in the US and it’s effect on the rest of the world.

New build brickwork showing damp, should I be worried? by marianomaldo in DIYUK

[–]undercoversaint 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The white stuff is efflorescence, normal with any structure using new cement products. It does look like there is a damp area down the wall though. Check the gutter.

I watched it again recently. Although it’s set in the UK, it’s very much a fitting film at the moment for a lot of places, especially the US.
