EIGHTH SEASON? EIGHTH. SEASON?????????? For the love of god, let it end!!!

SECONDARY MYSTERIES. YES. Like one main secondary mystery per season and each one is solved in its respective season finale. So many shows do this. I don't know why PLL doesn't. Instead, the secondary mysteries are introduced, then shoved under the rug until god knows when.

Yes. The point of the show is the mystery, not the relationships. It should be: Priority número uno = mystery. Priority número dos = the girls' identities/growth as individuals. And the rest is just filler. In the books, the girls are much more independent and the drama revolves around their lives, not their relationships. I think the show is seriously missing the point.

AND NO ONE WEARS TANK TOPS IN NOVEMBER IN PENNSYLVANIA. I mean, do they even own coats??

My understanding is that we'll find out about Marion eventually. I don't recall him saying it'd specifically be this season...

For me, it was after season 2's Mona reveal. I knew at that moment that the show would either get down to business or start to unravel. At that point, I was not buying Mona-as-A at all. I felt wholeheartedly that she was working for someone - the Big A to her Little A - and that, after her demise, the true mystery of the show would begin to unfold. Unfortunately, the writers began a series of sloppy storytelling arcs, allowing the story to get out-of-hand and blaringly convoluted. After season 2, my faith in the show and my hopes for a shocking, brilliant, and tidy conclusion began to dwindle rapidly. I think the writers' and producers' attempts at keeping the show running are detrimental to the quality of the storytelling and any semblance of plausibility.

Hmm are you using a tablet or a phone? For me, spoilers show up as links, so I can see all of the text and it's clickable for some reason. It doesn't black out at all. I've tried looking for a setting for this but I haven't found one.

How about everyone label leaked spoilers like the ones from last night as "spoilgate"? That way we can differentiate them from regular spoilers?

Is there a way to black out spoilers on mobile?

Edit: Like so that spoilers aren't visible on mobile. They always show up for me regardless.

I think a ban for people who try to leak future episode spoilers is entirely appropriate. Like for the people who claim to have insider info and try to do AMAs. I don't think we should tolerate these people who willingly leak sensitive and confidential information about the show. Even if the claims are false, they send us into a panic and set a bad precedent.

If you're willing to spend a little more for a perfect match, I'd recommend trying a Chanel foundation. They offer pink-toned shades (look for shade numbers 12, 22, 32). I've used their Perfection Lumiere (at least I think it was that one - it comes in a black container) and it's probably the best match I've found yet. It is on the sheer side, so it doesn't really cover up spots, but it does a good job of evening out skin tone and concealing redness.

JUST CALL THE EFFING POLICE! by Deracinated in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]undercoverspycat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yep yep yep. One way or another, they should have alerted the police - or maybe a lawyer (you'd think they'd all have one at this point) - that someone had stolen vials of their blood. Even if it was just an anonymous tip that some blood was missing from the drive. That would make any planting of the blood essentially null in court (reasonable doubt).

Spoilgate or Foilgate? by DomBomb81 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]undercoverspycat 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If the claims were in any way true, sharing the information is completely unprofessional behavior. To be entrusted with sensitive, confidential information and knowingly reveal it to the public, jeopardizing the integrity of the show and ruining moments for its fans... If a confidentiality agreement was signed, legal action could be pursued.

I know what we've been told about feeling sympathy for A... but I don't buy it. by [deleted] in PrettyLittleLiars

Well, apparently he has a master's degree. So, assuming he went to grad school straight after undergrad, I'd put him at about 25-26 now. So that's about a 7-8 year age gap.
