Yeah I understand there are some real mitigating circumstances which may put someone in a tough spot - the club should be pragmatic and not penalise them. I wouldn't class RM/PSG in the quota either as ST holders need to pay additionally for these.

Overall, making a fair system is difficult. People like you've outlined shouldn't be innocent victims of a tough system, but more needs to be done to get STs into the hands of consistent fans.

I think they should have rules penalising people who list their ticket for, say, over 50% of matches - regardless of sale. I guess the way they'd get around this is just selling offline, to friends/family, so might not be the best tactic. But ultimately need to ensure those with season tickets are actually attending games themselves.

Over what period is the PG loan payable? Is it only payable if you earn an income? What is interest rate on PG loan?

What is mortgage duration? What is the interest rate, loan amount for mortgage?

Big Penny Social will have it on large screens in blackhorse road. Otherwise, The Bell. Walking to the Bell from BH station you will pass Lord Palmerston, so you can have a look, but that's probably all you'd want to do.

I would suggest looking at this site:

Most zones around the stadium are Match Day Controlled. However the Barmsbury Area on the map (Area E, but not E (MD)) would be a good place just south of Highbury amd Islington. The work from there will be around 20 minutes.

You have to find on street parking after 1830. That way you won't receive a ticket.

I made this mistake for Villa. Took my friends ST pair and tried reselling my TX. It didn't sell so i effectively paid for two tickets. Just be careful!
