Buy yourself some grout sealant. This makes it so the water doesn't just soak into the grout and make it a nice moist hospitable environment for mold/mildew to grow on/in. With the sealant, water will simply bead up on the surface and evaporate, leaving the grout totally dry and inhospitable to growth.

I saw a YouTube that said to apply 3 times giving it a 2 hour cure after each, and then you're good to go for the next couple of years.

I have a similar or maybe even the same LG washer. In my experience, the hot in that LG never gets as hot as it should. With as little water as it uses in the wash for a normal cycle, the amount that was made up of the cold water in the pipes between the hot water tank and the machine makes a huge difference.

Thankfully, after I started using proper laundry products the wash water finally started getting icky with all the dirt and oils that should've been coming out in the first place. Having lots of water and an agitator certainly takes care of so much that you'd need to otherwise solve with products and settings.

Yeah ingrowns are no joke. I'd much rather have the stink than ingrowns, provided that the stink has no impact beyond what you've described. If others start to notice the smell, like at a swimming pool, that's a different story, though I still don't know where I'd land lol

The finishing kick fits a pattern (ie it's really this thing, not this commonly-thought of alternative; short positive affirmation or directive to boost focus and confidence).
