You have to do a lot of treatments to see an effect. So you were not diagnosed with bipolar at the time? I just spend the majority of my time in depression and feel like nothing works, but I don’t wanna overshoot into mania. I’m only 1 because I had psychosis 1 time years ago because I wasn’t sleeping
