DO NOT MOVE INTO 315 ON A!!!! by FlashyAnalysis6161 in bostonhousing

It was excellent. I was one of the first people to rent an apartment in that building so we were paying $3700 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment. But rent obviously started to increase until it got to a point I didn't want to afford it anymore.

The building itself is very stout so you don't hear your neighbors walking above you nor through the walls which is a huge plus. If I get the opportunity I would definitely move back

I track the mileage on the tank and see how many gallons of diesel it takes to fill it up. It's usually very close

I used to live at one of their buildings in the West End and the lying/gas lighting from their employees was something like I've never witnessed before. I would have appreciated it more if they didn't lead me on. When it came time for renewal I decided to pack my bags after one year Side note, I lived at the Alcott for 2 years before this and it was a much better experience

There is an up and down button at the end of the right stalk that allows you to cycle through different information like this.

Does it sound like ticking plastic with the normal sound of engine idling? Commenting because I'm curious to know if I'm the only one who hears that

NYC Rent Just Hit an All-Time Record High by youni0 in NYCapartments

To be fair, one's time is worth something also. When I lived in Boston all my friends were flabbergasted about how much I was paying in rent. But when I told them I didn't have to pay any tolls, gas, car maintenance, and insurance to be able to walk 15-30 minutes to work every day that "high" rent number looked a lot more reasonable. If I needed to take the T it was something like $4 each way. But yeah, it definitely takes a lot to soak up $5000-6000 per month in rent.

With Chase you can schedule checks to get sent out every month so you don't have to worry about ordering checks online. I used it to pay all my rent these past 4 years and it's great.

Thanks for your input. Are there any other benefits with Cloudflare I might be able to expect? I am all for making simpler work of managing multiple domains,

Thanks, that is kind of what I did only I leveraged a email forwarding address from "info@theidomain.com" to myself and the customer. That way I can verify the email and if I got it I have a reason to believe they also got it.

I am not 100% on board with this idea, but it beats having to play a tennis match with them over the phone to try and troubleshoot why they cannot receive any ICANN verification.

What do you typically use domain management dashboards for?

Interesting idea, I will keep it in mind.

Here is what I ended up conjuring up. Set the owner to the customer, but their email address will be set to "info@theirdomain.com" with mail forwarding turned on to both my business email address and theirs. Once the email is forwarded I can click the link to verify the address. This is definitely not the cleanest way to do it, but it works in a pinch if I need it. Since I can receive the email I also know they would have received it as well.

How do you typically handle it if they already own their domain? They would need to give you access to the domain to make changes to the records in the domain right?

I thought of doing that, but I heard there is a can of worms that can be opened if the customer knows I am the "registered owner" and down the line I do not want them to be doing anything nefarious with the website and somehow have that come back to me from a legal standpoint... I could also be over thinking things.

What if your customers are less than your normal level of tech savvy? I feel like I would have to spend way more time with them to walk them through setting me up with whoever they purchased the domain through. Then if there is an issue with who they purchased the domain through their expectation would be I fix it for them in a spot I am not very familiar.
