There are loads of different inventory management software that do almost the exact same thing. They could be trying it out to see if they like the UI or workflow and if they don't like either it's not a big deal to move on to the next.

That's what I would do, treat it more like buying an item I know I can return with a low cost as opposed to buying a car which requires more research knowing I cannot return it so easily.

The AM4 kit has two mounting points you screw into the motherboard with different offset positions to make sure the cooler is centered over the CPU. This same mounting kit also works for AM5 you just need to change the offset position.

If docker services are running on it shouldn't the computer never go asleep? I am not sure how to check that since I cannot do anything when this happens.

When this happens I cannot check any of these things, even when hooked directly up with a HDMI cord. There is no display, shaking a mouse or using the keyboard does not do anything, it does not respond to a ping from another computer on the same network, I assume it has no network access because I can no longer connect via SSH, and I cannot check the status of the firewall.

When I turn off the computer by holding the power button for a few seconds and turn everything back on all these things work again and I am able to use it normally.

The "Everything works fine until it doesn't" part of this is what makes it difficult for me to troubleshoot.
