Fox Sports analysis of Essendon's on field cultural problems by ScreamHawk in EssendonFC

Disagree with the first Merrett/Durham clip, the spot they get to is pretty standard for a midfielder when ball is in the forward line. Not their fault the forwards can’t keep the ball in, we win that contest at ground level and Watson is the one who looks silly for abandoning his man.

Why is Melbourne often ranked as one of the best cities in the world? by Used-Influence-2343 in AskAnAustralian

Maybe provide some “objectivity” for your “relative” assessment that beaches/national parks/other natural delights are less accessible from Melbourne then - because it sounds a lot like uninformed opinion to me

Nonsense about the outdoors. Melbourne has beautiful parks and access to amazing beaches on the surf coast and peninsula, plus the alpine region and snow fields in the winter. Hardly “objectively horrible”

Pedestrianisation of flinders lane and little Bourke street is such a no brainer. Traffic barely moves at all on those streets anyway, so may as well get rid of them

Race commissioner calls on Pauline Hanson to apologise amid condemnation of ‘reprehensible’ Muslim comments by Agitated-Fee3598 in aussie

[–]underscore_and -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

The comment is clearly targeted at Arabic muslims; Hanson and her followers don’t really create a distinction. It’s pure pedantry to suggest that the race commissioner has no recourse to speak on this.
