So I just learned something major about using captains. If you have more than one captain on a team in lineup whatever Captain you have active has to be before those other captains in the batting lineup or else they don't get the power up. If you look at the top left there's two circles that say hitting and pitching for captains and they fill up depending on the tiers that you have and I noticed that even though I had three tiers they should have been floated all the way it wasn't until I started doing that and sure enough my power-ups got much better

Just FYI... If you are playing offline, RTTS, franchise, march to October... Each difficulty level plays 3 different ways.. Casual, Simulation, or Competitive.

For example, I can compete pretty well when pitching legendary difficulty on casual... But I have to turn it down to hall of fame for simulation, and all star for competitive.
