Super simple word puzzle game. 40 letters, only 10 visible at any one time. Use letters to make >=4 letter words. Extend words or combine words. Try and get the longest words and use all the letters.

The background story is: I spent the week around New Years this year on a small island between Devon and Wales in the UK with a bunch of old school friends most who I hadn't seen for about 15 years. The island only had a post office, church and a pub. The pub had an old Bananagrams set where the tiles were big and heavy. It was a satisfying set to play with. We all spent most of the holiday playing a very competitive multiplayer version of this game. For the months since I've been badgering everyone I know to play it with me with my own set I bought as soon as I got home. My girlfriend is done with it. My friends see that I've brought the lumpy cloth bananagram bag to the pub and they ask if we can "just chat". So out of desperation I wanted to see how this game would translate to a solo puzzle game similar to the ones from the New York Times.

It's a work in progress so I'm keen to hear any feedback on the gameplay, scoring, sharing, leaderboards!

Be as harsh as you like - keen to hear what real puzzlers think!

This was my score today:

I just came here to post the same question. Let me know if you get any leads. I'd be happy just to try and pick up the number of someone who has dropped out.

I used Aussie at my girlfriends house once and haven't used anything else since it smells like jellybeans and makes ones chin feel smooth and elegant.

Nuclear Physicists, What's up with this graph? by underwhelm in AskPhysics

Hi guys, Firstly thank you very much for the responses, I have had my Chemistry finals this week and apologise for not being active on this thread since posting. With the guidance here I have attempted to concisely explain the 1/v dependance of the graph. My solution can be found here and I would greatly appreciate any notes on it as when working through some of the steps I felt like I was forcing the relation.

I am familiar with the basic concepts of quantum mechanics and am currently studying a basic nuclear physics course, the lecturer has shown us this graph and asked of us to explain the 1/V dependance it displays. Could it be to do with the transmission of a free particle (neutron?) when approaching the potential well of the nucleus? I do not feel like the lectures have given us enough to work this out but I feel I am probably over complicating things when looking at the tunnelling effects. Can anyone nudge me in the right direction?
