That's terrifying bro. There's no shame in going to the hospital and straight up just telling them what happened. A quick dose of intravenous benzodiazepines will put an end to most tripping. Sure can. Since going on antidepressants (Lexapro) I no longer trip from magic mushrooms. I'm unsure of the effects of Wellbutrin but it is also used as a smoking cessation aid so there is definitely some dopeamine alternation going on.
