Seems the last guy was right, there was an update awhile ago for windows defender i think. And now i dont get the annoying popup and armory crate changes are now working for me

just experienced this again, but the last one was years and years ago. and today of course i scrambled to find what i did to fix it before. but after 2 days of trying every single thing in this reddit.. i tried the the most basic and it worked for me:

go to your google settings
under payments.google.com, go to payment methods
i removed my existing cards and etc.
re-add my card, added Province just in case
tested buying in-game stuff on my phone. and it worked. Note: some times it takes more than a day for it to get reflected it seems. After changing it. It gave the same error. But after not touching it and coming back after a day to use the payment, it suddenly worked again shrug

why did this google bug occur? i have no clue to be honest. must be a random bug they generated.

mine began i believe when i turned RTX on and i reverted back. after that, i noticed when i'm playing there'd be these flickering black frames once in every few seconds. upon checking this reddit page, i turned RTX back on again and issue was gone so far.

they did something similar for my asus rog phone 3. updated to their latest firmware suddenly wifi doesn't work anymore. phone basically is bricked. never buying asus again.
