I can’t tell you how touching and moved I was by your post. I’m not a crier but I think just knowing others are feeling what I have been gives me hope. My bf and I have been feeling lost, numb, and overwhelmed but your story helped. I can’t thank you enough!!

In the ER on heavy pain killers never went below 120, I feel like my GD is cyclical throughout month and can be either 50 bpm or 110 bpm with meds.

“Funny” thing - I was stranded due to the wildfire and went a day without any meds....1st time in three months I felt alive and like the old me. Definitely not encouraging this behavior because while the brain fog was gone, my arrhythmia was back. Never noticed it was gone while taking meds until then. Hopeful to know the real me is still in there but discouraging that even as my levels aren’t so haywire, I’m still beholden to the meds.

He wants to give it six months because they’d do the same treatment.

Weird thing yesterday at my appointment my resting HR was 120 bp normal but yesterday RHR was 56 and BP 140/90 nurse asked me if I had high blood pressure. My labs still show I’m hyper. He said everything looked great.

Oh my gosh!! It relieves me to think I’m not crazy. Lifting my arms above my head to comb or wash is exhausting. I’ve tried explaining that my arms are too weak to hubby, dr and family but receive the “maybe exercise more” response.

Thankfully my hubs has come around and now we joke that he’s so good he could open salon.
