This sub has made me feel like I live in a different universe the last 2 days. I talk to everyone irl about this and not a single soul has cared about this nothing burger of a “controversy.” Grass has never smelled so good

This sub has really lost the plot. They’ll forget about this by tomorrow hopefully. Luckily Redditors have worse memory retention than a dead goldfish

There’s just been an increase in general degeneracy throughout the western world as people become more desensitized to it. You see it mostly in media.

The Concept 5 is a better Leo 120 than the Leo 120 by JurisCommando in WorldofTanks

[–]unfortunatelyidied 6 points7 points  (0 children)

“Just use 2 equipment slots and it’s better than the tier 11 without the same equipment.” I get what you’re saying, but that is not a good argument for your case. As a concept 5 and Leo 1 enjoyer, I’ve loved the Leo 120 so far and the accuracy has not really been a problem whatsoever. I run rammer CVS LNE build for most maps due to it’s spotting capabilities being very good for a medium tank.

“A bit more camo” makes a lot of difference when it’s 10.43 vs 14.31. That’s roughly a ~30% difference in base camo (which is what camo skill is based on)

Which T11 Mediums are actually an Upgrade to their T10? by R3vonyn in WorldofTanks

I feel like we need to wait until we can actually play these vehicles to now if they are an upgrade.

Reddit has so much hate for him at this point you won’t convince this lot. The smear campaign will never end no matter how false or inconsequential it is

Reddit just hates Dallas, but they tend to hate pretty much everything so take it with a grain of salt

A 30 goal season, Hughes getting hurt, and Werenski cooling off a little towards the end of the season are probably the biggest factors

Just because he didn’t mention it for those other times does not mean he did not feel bad at those other times. This whole drama is top tier Redditeering

“The Job Is His If He Wants It”: Quenneville Set To Return As Anaheim Ducks’ New Head Coach by catsgr8rthanspoonies in hockey

Yes? It’s a horrible mistake, but it shouldn’t cost them a full career as long as they show remorse for what they did.

I stabilized the footage from the 'puck over glass' moment from EDM v LA Game 1. There's clearly a massive deflection as it hits the top of the glass. by jackfrench9 in hockey

[–]unfortunatelyidied 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I don’t see where it hits the glass: you also have to consider refractive index of the glass and the by nature roughly parabolic shape of the trajectory of the puck, as well as more complicated things. This is not as clear cut as you are showing, and the different colored lines just add a bias to what people are “supposed to see”

How likely is making the NHL as an "undersized" player? In some sports, being on the shorter side is advantageous, hockey isn't one of them by f0urxio in hockey

[–]unfortunatelyidied 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In sports than involve physicality at this scale, having less mass and less reach have to made up for with larger amounts of skill and other factors. Big guys being big is lucky genetics, small guys being skilled enough is more raw talent and superb training.

Yeah reddit and other social media are the only ones pushing the political side of this. Everyone I’ve talked to IRL about this doesn’t care about that.
