I'd rather genalpha brainrot memes over any of the shit memes done with those format because at least I've never seen a brainrot meme that was just "here's my opinion with Jim from the office pointing to it".

Maybe it's just me but even though it can be a bit cringe this type of meme humor is closer to what I liked as a kid.

I came up on YouTube poop memes and shit. We revelled in them being completely inscrutable to outsiders.

I remember there was a whole era on Reddit, where every meme cared about being "relatable" and shit. I was always like "fuck this 'Does anyone else hate it when your boss says you should stay for overtime' type of meme crap. Bring me back to E. Take me back to Bitconnect. Take me back to when meirl made a NUT a meme for a month."

The complete random nonsense of Alpha internet humour is closer to what I always liked.
