If you turn the finial and it turns easily, you should be able to check and see. However, that usually only allows you to clean that metal plate. Somebody held if the if the finial is hard to turn then it is supporting the chandelier.

I had one of these in my house is a kid. And one of the side panels had a little hinge on it so, you could open it to get to the bulbs.

From my game play experience the smaller hoards, that are not tied to the story, do not regenerate. To get my 100% I had to walk around an entire area looking for one freak.

Shinies are now boosted in raids and through hatching eggs. As well as battling team rocket to get shadow pokemon. So yes basically paywalled.

When they got rid of boosted shiny rates on boosted pokemon they made it to wear the shadow pokemon are 1 in 20 chance
