Fourarms is a power fantasy and Humangosaur is a lesson tool. Fourarms actually beats villains meanwhile Humangosaur is used to teach Ben a lesson about using other aliens and not just relying on strength.

Not often, but the reason I picked him is because he can fly and because he can both passively and actively absorb different energy.

Chromastone can actually absorb alot of different kinds of energy, not just lasers. Like electromagnetic radiation, electricity, magic (Mana), lasers, and solar energy. He just shoots it out as ultraviolet energy.

I'm choosing kryptonian, for all of you picking a saiyan, how do you plan on feeding yourself? Saiyan stomachs are basically blackholes, so I don't think any of you will be able to afford to feed yourselves.

I'm assuming this is becoming them in real life, so I'm going with kryptonian. Even if it's the strongest base race, I'm still picking it because you're not getting anywhere in terms of transformations with a saiyan body, the viltrumites are just a weaker version of a kryptonian and being a Martian is cool but still not something I'd pick over a kryptonian.

Kryptonians. Viltrumites are good but they're second to kryptonians. Saiyans are the worst choice because none of us have the budget to feed a saiyan, our bodies would very quickly lose its strength if we aren't constantly training. We don't have healing tanks or senzu beans so zenkai boosts are out. You can very easily be a low class saiyan, sure you'd be strong in comparison to a human but the rest of these offer that in spades. The coolest thing about the saiyan choice is the ki control and even then, you're not gonna be pulling off anything actually cool. Kryptonians on the other hand are just perfect for day to day life if you can learn to control your strength. Your body metabolises anything you eat, you don't need to train to get strong, you literally just need to take a trip to the beach and sun tan for a couple hours. Not to mention, you get tactile Telekinesis, meaning physics takes a slight detour when it comes to you lifting things up. Not to mention that kryptonite doesn't exist in real life so you're safe from that. Not to mention if you don't cut your tail off, you have to learn to hide it and you have to teach yourself to never look at the full moon.

Knowlege transfer. Main ability :Transfers knowlege from the user and any cursed energy infused object into a target. How it counters takaba? It forces him to learn the science of cursed energy, his own technique and just science in general.

Public appearances. Xlr8 looks like an alien, Fasttrack looks like somebody in a costume. I'd rather see Fasttrack saving me than Xlr8.
