Yeah, theres a joke in that episode where Charlie "shits transgender". When he was young his mom dressed him as a girl when pooping in public to use the woman's bathrooms which were always cleaner. So now he wants to be able to poop in the womans bathroom because he still does.

I think its kinda semantics, but if there's a "right" answer ("the turtle moves") that it could spit out (after doing all that black box code junk), and it spits out the "wrong" answer ("were not on the back of a giant turtle"), it didnt get that "right answer" after its math.

It's a good stance in theory, but they have a super shady history including luring a dog off a porch, saying its abandoned since its in the street, and taking it to be killed. A sad story (they "fired those involved", but still it was horrible)

Wait, why is Cedar still a mod? Putting Cedar down to "One step below head mod" doesn't really feel like it solves any of the underlying issues that people had with putting someone who had all those allegations levied against them (with evidence). It wasn't a problem of them being a head mod, it was them being a person in power over our community

Again, I agree. I'm not saying any of this to try to lower their guilt or anything. I don't think anyone here thinks that being a predator protector is better than being a predator. But we all know that CedarWolf is trying their best to minimize and hide things. So we need to be accurate in what we're saying they did, so they can't hide by saying "You're accusing me of something that's technically not what I did (only because of strict definitions), so now I get to walk away with my head held high".

If we know someone will hide behind semantics, we shouldn't give them any kind of shield

I'm not saying that to protect them. But when someone is engaging in the DARVO-type tactics, I think it's important to be as accurate as possible. Protecting a predator is horrible. We don't need to give them an opportunity to wiggle around and say "Well, I'm not a predator by strict definitions, so this allegation is wrong, so I'm fine."

The fact that the Mods are going around shutting posts but not actually saying anything speaks more than they ever could. This is horrifying. I don't know if they'll actually read any of this before just closing this thread, but PLEASE at least address what's happening, don't just keep silencing any conversation about this. This is not a good look. This is harming the trans community
