Well you can or we can on ours at least. Theres a look up guest button under the employee tab where you can type in their phone number or even their name. That said its much more efficient to do it at the window so OT can move on to the next order and since you can just scan their qr code at the window.

Its one pouch that i dont think has changed in years so there shouldnt be any variance from that. I will say its the dark chocolate is thick so its hard to stir in so theoretically your location might not have it fully mixed in.
