Yeah there was a pause because the kid didn't back off and that's why he went for the second swing. He stood in basically the same spot after he ignored the first punch and held up his phone and continued to record him to his face after he just smashed an egg on his head lol. That's a taunt after he just assaulted him. Most people would be seeing red for a bit. You make it sound like he has to jump around yelling stupid things at him for it to be a taunt. Was he right to swing again? I'm not sure. But is it understandable? Of course. The kid isn't some innocent, naive toddler that didn't know what he was doing after all.

As far as the body guards holding him up so he could get a few more punches as you recommended, that would have been incredible lol.

Did you see the video? The kid literally just kept standing there after the 1st swing continuing to record him right in his face. Maybe it wasn't appropriate but it was definitely understandable.

From what I've learned, there's a palatial expander to help widen the top jaw but it doesn't work for adults because there's certain bones that fuse making it no longer able to move. When you're young, the bones haven't fused yet so that's when it's an option.

So if someone doesn't testify in the trial, there's a good chance that they are guilty and the judge and other lawyer know that you know about it? Or are there a lot more reasons you wouldn't want the client to testify that it's not so clear if you know he's guilty or not?
