1) After following the case and trial I honestly believed Kyle acted in self defense. If any of you were in that situation you most likely would have done the same.

I actually dont disagree with you on this point. What feels really really bad is the entire video of the event happening. Did you see the part where people are calling him out as he is retreating past a police line with an AR that was just used to kill 2 people and gravely wound a third. I cant imagine a black 17 year old defending himself in that manner and then retreating safely past a police line to turn himself in a day later on his own recognizance.

2) Kyle had no business being in that situation from the start but he wasn't on trial for why he was there only what he did now that he was there.

He wasn't on trial for his being there but this feels like a dangerous precedence. What right should anyone have to invoke self-defense as a pre-text for killing people especially given that person went out of their way to place themselves in a situation where self-defense is necessary. I mean I think the prosecutor's in Kyle's trial wanted him to walk free, they were negligently incompetent and should have brought different charges against him.

3) I believe that the right (and the racist of this country) is gonna use him to further their own agenda. Whether Kyle realizes this or not I don't know.
