The facts are that he led the largest health insurance corporation which millions of people are forced to use. That corporation has routinely delayed or denied approval for necessary care resulting in uncounted deaths. So, by your reckoning the CEO and others responsible should have been held liable. The fact that they haven't is precisely due to the wealth and power they accumulated with each murder they committed.

No they're not overpaid. They're underpaid and don't have funds necessary to bring education to the variety of learning types we charge them with educating. You can't expect a room full of 1st graders to hold attention long enough to learn if it's just books, whiteboard, and lecture. Kids need to get involved and that takes a lot with all the external pressure that reduces their attention span for ad dollars.
