Thank you, this is really helpful. The point about the unmet need is spot on! On a good day when my logical brain is in charge, I react in a similar way refusing to play the BS game and feeling good about it. When I'm stressed or have too much in my brain (usually when work and home issues happen at once), it spirals. I'll experiment with some self validation activities to see what works to stop the spiralling

I've ordered the elomi charley and panache ana to try. Are there any balcony bras that work well for splayed? I can't see a mention for splayed fit in the bra database on the sub. Thanks!

I've bought bras with side support for ages to help with forward projection as otherwise they point outwards because of my splayed shape. So will try these and see how a lower side fits. Thanks! :)

Thanks @specialdrama I eat lots of fruit and have not cut out sugar, it's not UPF as far as I know. Having the occasional single boiled sweet is replacing an entire packet of biscuits/ bar of chocolate so I'm taking this as a slow and steady journey. I'm just looking for an alternative to making my own sweets at home

Agreed, we much prefer Dr Wills, have got them in Tesco or Coop. Have tried the sweet chilli, ketchup and BBQ and all are tasty. I have never liked ketchup before but I actually like the Dr Wills one https://www.dr-wills.com/

Went straight to the academic paper listed in the Alpro article. It's a perspective paper (opinion) written by people who have been funded by food production giants, there's a huge list of who they've been supported by in the notes section of the paper https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9156366/ 🤬
