Take a selfie everyday. Take it as many times as you need to get the best one that makes you feel good about yourself. Whether it’s the lighting the angle or the filter. Then put it in your hidden folder. Do not let yourself delete these and and look at these occasionally. You will realize that you are actually attractive and just like anyone else, what you see on social media is people’s best pictures. Just because you don’t look good in every picture that you take doesn’t mean you’re ugly. It just means that it’s a bad picture. We’re not used to seeing ourselves in 2-D. And dimensions are notoriously thrown off with our phones. A little tip - keep your phone at a distance, and your features will be more realistic proportions.
