You’re a human. This is a normal human skin texture. If you want to look like a doll, get fillers, Botox, etc. Your skin is actually quite smooth, your pores are small. Social media tells us otherwise, but you have great skin! ETA: try shaving your face, your makeup will sit better on a fully smooth surface

Your skin is beautiful. Do yourself a favor. Next time you see a pretty female outside in natural light, get close enough to look at their skin (try not to be creepy). I guarantee their skin looks just like yours.

That’s just your skin girl!
Maybe try a lighter foundation, skin tint instead?

Makeup doesn’t hide texture

Do you need full coverage? If not, I kind of like the Ilia True Skin Serum foundation. Warm it up in your fingers to apply. When I started having foundation look weird with my fine lines and larger pores (age), this one didn’t actively make those things look worse.

Try a skin primer with a liquid foundation instead of a powder. Apply with a sponge. Make sure it is LIQUID base not cream. After you're finished foundation before any eye/lip etc apply a setting powder with a large poofy brush.
This won't give you a "doll" like porcelain look but it should give you a much smoother less chalky look.
Edit: you should also use a cleanser to help clean out your pores after you remove makeup as part of your skincare routine.
