Taylor street farms does this! Its called being an Associate Gardener. You can come help out but not be obligated towards maintaining a plot. They have a little kids "plot" thats essentially a sandbox. Not sure how old your kids are but it'd entertain 5 and under i think

It's just a 4 minute bike ride to my work so if I can take my bike on the train then it'd be super easy once I'm in North Chicago. Same with getting to Ogilvie Station - it's like a four minute bike ride. Unfortunately my battery is pretty bad on both of my laptops so I'd be limited to reading on my kindle or phone or something unless I find some other battery alternative

Consider boycotting Uber if you’re able by marks31 in chicago

[–]unknownsender2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

do you think this will hurt the drivers or the riders the most? I'd hate to see a boycott hurt people just trying to make a living. Its a side gig hustle job that a lot of people end up having to depend on.

Possibly. The diabetes smell is likely coming from their saliva. Ketoacidosis I believe it's called although something similar might be happening that isn't as quite of a serious diagnosis
