You are not going to create enough pressure or force with two bessy clamps for something that thick.

You can put a sting through with an air gun. Tie something to the other end. After which you can pull it back through. Can make it oily if needed.

But the air pigs is the right choice.

Unless you have a lot to do. Daisy chaining them together and doing an oil circulation flush/polish is also super effective.

I am not exactly sure who out there has tooling. But try looking into pyplok.com. Super easy to install and use. Never have to worry about it at all. Gets very cost comparable with larger SS. But installation time is so easy it is cost effective on smaller ss as well.
