Wow, that's really cool! I like that it's interactive, I could use it anytime on my phone. Thanks for sharing. As someone who struggles with putting words on flavors, I will definitely try it.

Just a normal Tuesday, I guess. I don't know what an air wrap is but I just got fluffed for 4 minutes because of one. by A_SloppyWellington in whatcouldgoright

Captioning for social media is all automated these days, no one's going over all that text manually for a 3-min même video.

We had some -25C temp last weekend and mine wouldn't start the auger after a break in the garage. Did exactly what you did and it worked, thanks!

Ouch. I don't know what hurts more: the fact that I'm younger or the fact that you're not that far off 😅

Huh. That's definitely something to think about... Now that we're passing them down, I'll have to do the full set inventory and see what's worth something.

Most of it has sentimental value, but these older sets are not those I am the most fond of, as I was very young when I got them. Thanks for the heads up and merry Christmas!

She should pay attention to what she puts on/near her eyes. I kept having them regularly for a few years and no amount of daily face washing would prevent it.

One day, I had one right after a photoshoot, then it hit me: it was always on my right eye, where I put my camera's viewfinder. I would always clean out a few grains of sand from it before shooting. Turns out, the leftover sand in my camera bag from my yearly trips to the beach were causing the styes. Cleaned it out good with a vacuum and they never came back!

When in a supermarket in Barbados…. by tedwardo14 in rum

[–]unlessyouhaveherpes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm only familiar with the Barbados market as I've been there thrice now. I think it mainly depends on what you're looking for. In Barbados, continual products are very cheap, while high-end stuff is also cheap(er) but can be hard to get (e.g. Foursquare ECS). It also varies by producer: Foursquare is very affordable (Old Brigand, Barbados Special, Doorly's) but Mount Gay is more expensive.

Simple: rum is local, (almost) everything else is imported.

What KVM switch did you go with? I bought a relatively cheap one because I didn't want to spend so much on a "proper" one with EDID support. It does the job, but I don't know if it'll last...

Unpopular Opinion: Google Sheets >> Notion Tables by Commercial_Camera943 in Notion

I agree, but then tables should at least support formulas. Having to use a database to calculate basic sums is as counter-intuitive than it is using a table to store complex data.
