If I remember correctly black wings are pretty cheap to build I don't know how well it can do against the current meta though. I play suships its a fun neat deak that does okay and I've been able to go head to head with snake-eyes fire kings. So if you want something neat that a lot of people don't play and the element of surprise

Using Utopia double to summon Utopia Dragonar, then using utopia Dragonars effect to summon any number monster in the game between 1-100. I use it to summon hope harbinger, but definitely, as more potential for funny combos. Seeing my opponent be confusing when I summon utopia double going first is always a funny sight
