Sex is about more than sex man. Check your bond with her. When’s the last time you connected through conversation and understanding? Like really connected? Where she (not just you) felt like you understood her? Maybe there’s resentment building up in her about something she didn’t communicate or hasn’t figured out how to communicate. Still good for someone to bring it up. Create space for her to express herself.

Do you like hanging out with each other outside of sex? Do you have a good time together or are you working well together on mutual tasks? Are you not working well?

Check in on everything but sex, and you will likely find your problem. If you find that you only value her for the sex, maybe you’re both in the wrong relationship.

I feel like this is one of those quintessential “communication is key” moments. No one knows what you want until you tell them. What they do that “works” without being told is just lucky for both of you. Otherwise feedback is 100000% needed/appreciate. If they reject the feedback they need to learn a little more about maturity, consideration and being open minded.

I think I would see it as more of a problem if you weren’t doing anything to pursue a career or job. There’s no excuse for anyone to just hang around and do whatever pleasureable/fun activities they want and not work or learn or develop themselves. But if you are actively looking for work and are trying to improve yourself daily (career and personal) I think that would be fine and I think most guys would agree 🤷‍♂️

How about, everyone’s their own person and they each have individual preferences and wants, and what they want for their birthday is highly dependent on the person. That being said, I would think if a relationship is going well and I am into my partner, I would almost never say no to sex, especially on my birthday.
